It is TAX season around here, so since we don't see Daddy as much as we are accustomed, the weekends are more precious. Saturday, Dean and Madelynn went to the woods with Daddy and Scout--one of the squirrel dogs. I got to enjoy a few hours of only one child and he was even asleep! From what I heard, Daddy let them play on a playground close to the woods and they even picked a few flowers for me. When they got home they both were sacked out. Dean slept until Sunday morning!
Sunday afternoon provided even more Daddy time. Last weekend while we were in Kosciusko, Matt got his boat from Mimi and Pop's and pulled it up here. This boat was his Pop's, so it is pretty special. Matt decided it is time for a new coat of paint, so this afternoon, he and Dean went to work on it. Dean was a big help. It is a project that will take a few weekends, but they had a great time and looked so sweet doing it!
