We have met some really great people through the Air Force Base here in town.
The unfortunate part is that they don't stick around too long.
One of the pilots that we have known the whole time we've lived here had his Final Flight in Columbus,
and we got to go out for the ceremony they had.
Being ever the romantic, he brought flowers to his wife and daughter.
Then, they let the kids loose to hose him down!
They all thought that was BIG fun!
Even Daddy got to look inside the real Air Force plane.
Totally cool!

We miss you already!!!
